"No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you." Joshua 1.5This same promise was also made to Abraham, Isaac, Israel and Moses. Now it was Joshua's time. In every age, the chosen of the Lord are assured of His constant presence. There is no jewel or treasure in the entire universe that can be more precious than this. His presence has been with all those who are with Him. But those who despise Him are lightly esteemed.

Kicks
“But Jeshurun grew fat and kicked; you grew fat, you grew thick, you are obese! Then he forsook God who made him, and scornfully esteemed the Rock of his salvation." Deuteronomy 32.15
Kicks are a form of self-defense of horses, donkeys and large quadrupeds. But the kick in this context refers to the ungrateful, to those who have been freed from their dungeons, but then turned away ...
Many came to the UCKG one day in critical condition. And after being freed from their ailments, they turned their backs and joined the persecutors of the Universal Church.

"Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you."Psalms 9:10

Confess and Forsake
"He that covers his sins shall not prosper: but whoever confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy." Proverbs 28:13
Without sincerity or the willingness to abandon sin, a person's life remains bound to evil and still has credit with the devil. However, he who recognises his mistakes and leaves his unruly life puts himself under the conditions of the Spirit of God to act in his favour and to bless him.
