Discipline

"Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it." Hebrews 12.11

The proud sons of the devil, hate discipline. But the humble sons of the Spirit, love to be corrected because most consider it a learning experience.

"Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful." Proverbs 27.6

DISCIPLINE

"Those who disregard discipline despise themselves, but the one who heeds correction gains understanding." Proverbs 15:32

The purpose of discipline is not to humiliate. Although it may be somewhat painful at times, it's for our own good.
In one way or another, everyone gets corrected at some point. This correction may come from God, from other humans or from life itself. But, it will never come from the devil. 
Therefore, blessed are the meek who accept discipline, because it is a Divine tool that's necessary for salvation.

Blessed

"So, what a blessing when God steps in and corrects you! Mind you, don't despise the discipline of Almighty God!" Job 5:17

It's always good to attend to our Father's discipline, for He knows what's best for those who belong to Him, and so they go from victory to victory.
