Fear

"Then some came and told Jehoshaphat, saying, 'A great multitude is coming against you from beyond the sea, from Syria; and they are in Hazazon Tamar' (which is En Gedi). And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah."  2 Chronicles 20.2-3

The devil works with a threatening word, to spread fear, and especially terror. He does not usually use the opponents as much as he does the people who are closest to us. That's right. He often uses those in which we trust most. However it may be, as the example of Jehoshaphat, when terror comes, start seeking the Lord and fasting immediately. The spirit of fear does not stand.

The Fast

“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?" Isaiah 58.6

The fast that pleases the Lord God is all about showing concern for the wronged, afflicted, oppressed, in short, all those who find themselves trapped in the claws of the devil. The work of God is to destroy the works of the devil. And to do so, the Lord has given us His Spirit.

Seed

"Seek the LORD and His strength; seek His face evermore!"Psalms 105:4

These 21 days of Daniel's Fasting are similar to a land being prepared to receive a Divine Seed on the 17th April. Could the God of Abraham ignore the cry of His Church worldwide? I doubt it. On the contrary, we can already see results in these first days. Now imagine in the last day!

Sheep of the fold

“ I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together like sheep of the fold, like a flock in the midst of their pasture; they shall make a loud noise because of so many people. " Micah 2:12

The eyes of the Lord are looking for those who are thirsty of His Spirit. He's calling them to take advantage of the real life He has to offer them. This is the faith of the Fasting of Daniel! Everyone in one spirit, one only faith, unanimous determination for the 17th April, when they'll take possession of the Greatest Promise.

Oh! What a day!

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound..." Isaiah 61.1

The same Holy Spirit that was with the Lord Jesus wants to be with His disciples. His goal is to do the same He did through His Son. What are you waiting for? Let's put all our strength in this Campaign of Danie's Fasting for the Pouring out of the Holy Spirit starting on the 17th April. On that day, everyone will say: Oh! What a day!....
