"Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?" Isaiah 53.1The arm of the Lord is His strength, His salvation, His eternity. This belief involves obedience to His Word. If the person does not practice His Word, this means they do not believe. And if there is no belief, then there has been no revelation.
Revelations are restricted to those who have a humble spirit.
I thank You, Father, Lord of heave and earth because You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes... Luke 10.21
