Do not fear

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41.10
Throughout the Bible we find the the advice not to fear 366 times. One for each day of the year, including the leap year. But if the Spirit of God used His servants to stimulate the fearlessness and courage as our daily bread, then let us live in this faith. He promises to be with us, strengthen us and sustain us regardless of the circumstances.

REPENTANCE

"From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."    Matthew 4:17
Repentance is not a feeling of regret or remorse. It is an act that requires courage and determination, which are key elements for conquering the Kingdom of Heaven.

Spirit of God

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1.7

The Spirit of God does not work with cowards. That's why He never uses them. He used all kinds of people, including a prostitute named Rahab, a prostitute's son named Jephte, shepherds, fishermen and polititians -- but never coward people. And why? Because to conquer the Kingdom of God, you need to be a valiant person and have courage and determination to go all the way. The kind of attitude that goes against the spirit of a loser.

It's Written

"But He answered and said, 'It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God...Jesus said to him, 'It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the LORD your God...Then Jesus said to him, 'Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.’” Matthew 4:4-10

Every word carries with itself a spirit. God's Word carries His Spirit, the devil's, His'. The Word of God brings a spirit of faith, conviction, courage, boldness -- God. The one of the devil brings a spirit of doubt, fear, cowardliness, incapacity. Which word has been guiding your mind?

Question

"Have I not commanded you?" Joshua 1.9

Three times God had to tell Joshua to be strong and courageous. The last time, with much determination, He said: Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? I can hear Him say the same thing to me TODAY. For just as He was with Joshua and confirmed through Jesus that He'd be with us all the days of our lives, then wait for what?

Strong and courageous

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1.9

God doesn't ask for the impossible. When there's a need for strength and courage, He's asking for obedience to His Will, even if we go against the whole world. Only those who persevere are strong. Only those who are determined are courageous.

Filled with the Holy Spirit

"And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness." Acts 4:31

The strength used to seek the Seal of God brings the Divine answer. From then on, fear and shyness are replaced by boldness and a courageous faith to speak as Jesus would in your place.

Possession

"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls..." Matthew 13:45

The Kingdom of Heaven is not a casual thing. Those who want to to reach it will have to use all their strength. Your conquest depend on the determination and courage to deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow the King Jesus.

Effort

"...the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force." Matthew 11:12

Our Lord teaches us that salvation costs a high price. It requires effort, determination, courage, and attitude. You will have to sacrifice constantly throughout your life. If you're too shy about it, you'll be left outside waiting.

Keep Forever

"O LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep forever such purposes and thoughts in the hearts of your people, and direct their hearts toward you." 1 Chronicles 29:18

To keep the word of God is to live it every day, filling yourself with disposition and courage in the practice of faith. That is how you learn to really live by faith.
