"Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad." Proverbs 12:25An anxious heart chases after the wind. It tires it's owner, who never reaches their goal, causing them to become weak.
"If you give up when trouble comes, it shows that you are weak. Save those who are being led to their death; rescue those who are about to be killed." Proverbs 24:10-11If you keep watch when trouble comes, you will remain steadfast in the faith. And the energy you receive from God will help you rescue those who are about to be killed.
"We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification." Romans 15: 1,2
