BEAUTY IS PASSING

"Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised."      Proverbs 31.30

Being beautiful and valued by her husband, children and friends is what the woman of this world wants the most.
However, the woman of the Kingdom of God lives to serve her Lord.  Her goal is not to receive honor, but to honor Him with her life.

Physical beauty is eye-catching and deceives the heart. But the wise woman's virtues are what makes her a precious rare gem. The man that finds her, will be the happiest man on Earth, because she will truly be a suitable helper. The hard part is finding her, seeing that there is an ongoing "clearance sale" open to the public.

Passing beauty

The virtues of a woman are not found exteriorly, but interiorly. Time destroys the exterior, but it also renews the interior.

Vanity has led many women to emptiness. But the virtuous woman's beauty is in her faith and dignity.

Beauty

We know of a rose in Israel that is born in a marsh, mud or sewage. But even so, it survives the filth and becomes a beautiful rose, with a colour that is so red, it stands out among the rest.

This is how the children of God should be, to make a difference in this dirty, chaotic world.
