AFFLICTION

"He delivers the poor in their affliction and opens their ears in oppression." Job 36:15
If the man hadn't been born blind, he wouldn't have known the Lord Jesus.
If there wasn't a Goliath, David wouldn't have been who he was.
God allows certain afflictions and oppressions, so that mankind can keep their ears open to His voice.

FEAR, FEAR AND FEAR...

“The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to turn one away from the snares of death."  Proverbs 14:27

When people no longer fear God, they’re driven towards violence, corruption and death. But, the sense of well-being and success blinds the wicked from understanding this.
However, the faithful, those who turn away from evil and have practiced the Word of God have life, peace and above all, the guarantee of eternal life.

Fervor in darkness

“I am the light of the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12

It does not matter the religion or denomination. It doesn’t matter if a Christian has a fervent faith, if he is insecure, nervous, disoriented is because he is living in darkness. This is a clear sign of the absence of the Lord Jesus in his life.

Bad Cake

“But He answered and said, every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted.” Matthew 15:13

The plant that is not planted by God-The Father is sown by the devil. Sooner or later, it will be uprooted.
This is true about the hypocritical Pharisees who have been preaching what they don’t live, but have lived according to their own understanding.
We need to be extremely careful as to not get contaminated by their leaven (doctrines), for they have been true manufacturers of 'bad cakes'. They are blind, leading the blind.

Never Forsaken

“I have been young, an now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread.” Psalm 37:25

Faithfulness to God, to marriage and constancy in faith has great worth before God. But the character of the righteous goes far beyond that. He sees as God sees, thinks as God thinks, he does things as God would if He were in his place, he lives according to God’s will. This is the one who is anointed by the Holy Spirit! This is the righteous David is referring to and who will never be forsaken!

Establish the just

“Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the just; for the righteous God tests the hearts and minds.” Psalm 7:9

The problems and difficulties that the people of God have been going through are experiences to cause them to develop their faith and mature. This makes them faithful to the Righteous Judge.

Grafted Again

“…if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.” Romans 11:23

If the one who fell stops listening to the voice of doubt and start hating the sin that separates him from God, he will receive the gift of repentance and will go back to the Way. The Holy Spirit will graft him back to the Root of David and make everything new.
