"And have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him." Colossians 3:10
The new birth gives the children of God a new life. As much as you may prophesy about it, it still remains difficult for those who haven't been born of the Spirit to understand.
Knowledgeable and enlightened minds, and above all, being according to the image of God the Father. The children of God see and think according to Him.
"And He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light." Matthew 17:2
Surely, the Mount of Transfiguration remained marked in the lives of the three apostles. They saw what they would later experience after receiving the Holy Spirit: transformed life. New spirit, new heart and new character. A character after the Father's, the Son's and the Holy Spirit's own character. This is the transformation that happens when you are born of the Spirit.
"How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings." Psalm 36:7
The experience of the goodness of God meets the spirit's needs and gives peace to the soul.
"Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord God, "That I will send famine on the land, not a famine of bread, nor a famine of water, but of hearing the words of the Lord." Amos 8:11
Satisfy your hunger while there is food, because the manna of God won't be around forever...
Unbelief, spiritual coldness, lack of love and fear are some of the signs that precede the arrival of this famine.
"But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience." Luke 8:15
It has been extremely difficult to find good ground! It exists and is ready to receive seeds and fruit. But... Where can we find it among such contaminated ground? If at this very moment you feel the touch of the Holy Spirit, don't resist, surrender immediately because you have been chosen.
"Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away." Hebrews 2:1
When Daniel decided to fast and seek the will of God, he was willing to sacrifice for a just cause. For that reason, the Lord came to him. God sees the effort of those who want to be born of His Spirit and/or receive His Seal. There is no way that He will overlook the opportunity to establish His Kingdom in their hearts.
"Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God..." Psalm 146:5
The word happy is written many times throughout the Bible. Is this a utopia? Were all of God's servants, including Jesus, exaggerating? No. Happiness does exist in this world, but in order for you to attain it, you must live in the dependence of the Almighty.
