I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. João 17:15In this prayer, the Lord Jesus didn't pray for all human kind, but to those who followed Him faithfully. The question is: why so many who believe in Him are not protected from evil? Answer: because not all of those who say they believe are truly sincere in their belief.

The Righteous
Can a mortal be more righteous than God? Can a man be more pure than his Maker? Job 4.17
Who is righteous before the Almighty if even the angels have their imperfections? Nevertheless, the Lord Jesus' sacrifice and total surrender made it possible for His blood to purify us from all sin, making us deserving.

Snooze
"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed iswilling, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26.41
In the past, whole cities were devastated by a simple 'snooze' moment of their vigilants. The same has happened to many followers of the Lord Jesus. To watch and pray is not an option. It's a necessity. It's a question of survival.
Since the beginning
"The entirety of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever." Psalms 119:160
Since the beginnning of creation, the Promises of God have been proven to be real and true in the lives of those who sacrifice their lives to follow Him.
