Work

"She seeks wool and flax, And willingly works with her hands. She is like the merchant ships, she brings her food from afar. She also rises while it is yet night, and provides food for her household, and a portion for her maidservants."

Proverbs 31:13-15

The virtuous woman is different from the others. People around her recognise the presence of the Holy Spirit in her.

  1. She's a woman to be admired really! She does things that a normal woman could never do, but she does them because of the Holy Spirit in her. Because I'm sure it's not easy but she does it from the heart with love and kindness. :) Thanks for the post.

  2. The virtuous woman is always at work, always making sure her family is provided for. When others say there is no food in the house, she takes the little she has and prepaires a beautiful meal for her entire family.

  3. Sometimes we wonder how a woman can be active so much yet not get tired. It's because of an inner drive she has. She knows that what she does is not for people but for the living God she serves.

  4. Hello Mrs. Ester, what calls my attention the most in the virtuous woman is that people notice God in her, this so powerful. Thanks for sharing this message with us.

  5. The virtuous woman described in the Proverb is truly amazing and favored by God. She is not lazy, but hardworking and kind. People notice her because she is different and God is with her.

  6. She goes out of her way to be different and do what nobody else is doing - without the need of being told because the Holy Spirit Himself guides her. She excels and that truly is a virtue not really seen nowadays.
