"No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you."Joshua 1.5For those who have an alliance with the Lord, this promise is all they need.
It is all they need to face any problem, any enemy or even all of hell. The Lord guarantees victory.
As if that weren't enough, He still promises to be as He was with Moses.
And yet, if that weren't enough, He then puts His honor on the line by promising never to leave him or forsake him at any moment.
I'm so grateful that no matter what I go through or with who, that God is always with me. Thank you Mrs Ester

The promise of God is our daily medication,it gives us the power to keep going,when we understand what God is teaching us we begin to understand that no one is grater than our Lord,he Promise never to leave Joshua or forsake him like he did with his servant Moses if he saves him as Moses did, so he can do the same for us but it is our duty to listen and put what we have learnt into practice and follow his guidelines in order for us to receive success and grow in our spiritual life.

I was in the meeting yesterday evening where I heard this message in the book of Joshua. It made me realise just how much the Devil can paint a picture or scene of how terrible our problems are and as though there is no way out of them (which he does with me from time to time) but through this word and this promise I know I can overcome anything - as long as I keep MY alliance with God.

The promises of God are forever true and will become a reality to those who know Him. He said i will be with you and if we want to see this happening in our lives then we should also be with Him, one cannot make partnership alone but there has to be two people or more.We have to work with God. Our problems will not defeat us unless we want to, that is why when God is in us we fight to win.
