"But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses." Mark 11.26Forgiveness is the beginning of Christian faith. Although it may be difficult or painful to forgive, it is essential for the person forgiving and for the person being forgiven.
In order to be forgiven, you must also forgive.
Those who do not forgive will not be forgiven.
Dear Mrs Esther, it’s very important to for give those who do us wrong some times it can be very difficult, because by doing that we are doing our self a favour, if we forgive God will also for give us and our prayer can be answer.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mrs Esther for the message, really when you dont forgive you become restless because your heart doenst rest, knowing that person has done something wrong towards you. Better pray about it and ask strength from God who give us. And afterwards peace comes within us.

Dear Mrs Esther this it happen to me when I was new in the faith I did not understand how could I forgive my father for what he had done to.Then along the way I learn that if I don't forgive my father I won't be forgiven as well.After my mom divorce with the father of my young sister,my mom introduce me to my father.At first I was so excited but later I received a bad treatment from my father.They would look after the other children needs except me.This created hatred in me and ending up giving myself to the world.But when I realised that as I am in the church and I don't forgive my father this could impede my spiritual life from growing.Then I went to my father and we reconcile we even cried together.But since then we live well with my father that unforgiving heart had to change and up to now I'm still in the faith.

We must lean how to forgive first before we are forgiven. This is a process of a Christian for him/her to take the step of change in him/her life because if we will not forgive others how come that God can forgive us? We must forgive first and God will forgive us also.It's give and take.
