Most people have been limited by the feelings of the deceiving heart. Faith gets stuck in time and gets old...
That is why one needs to be born of the Spirit and become a new creature. A spiritual creature who does not walk by visible things, but by the invisible, which are eternal.

'Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God'
Only those born of God can be able to deny themselves and earthly things to set their minds on what comes from above, because everything that comes from above is eternal.

ReplyDeleteWe cannot let time dampen our Faith, we time our Faith should increase but the opposite tends to happens.
Once we are born of the spirit we no longer see with the physical eye but the spiritual eyes and see the eternal life which is prepared for us who fight for it everyday.
Thank you so much for the message, even when your heart doesnt want to do something but when you have the Spirit of God it does listern to you, it may cry and cry but God himself does gives us wisdom.....coz we will loose many things if we end up listerning our hearts and afterwards emotions will take place.....

Because of the heart many people got deceived. We must be born of the Spirit for us not to be deceived and have the the Spirit of discernment the comes from the Holy Spirit that will give us right direction for us not to be deceived.
ReplyDeleteI was reading Rom 8v15-16. We have not received a spirit of fear to make us slaves. God has adopted us as his children. His spirit joins with ours so that he'll know we are his children, we now belong to him, this is why I'm in this campaign for my spiritual birth, so I'm not deceived
