Covenant

“And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you." Genesis 17.4
Covenant, pact, marriage or accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior involves mutual commitment between creature and Creator. It is all about sacrifice from both parties. Jesus sacrificed and is still sacrificing as He endures our imperfections. From our part, the sacrifice is to surrender our will to do His. This agreement allows Him to be our Lord and God for all eternity.

A covenant is not made out of one person, but its an agreement between two people so it is important for me to put to death my will every day for me to keep my commitment with God
    Thank you.

Hi Mrs ESter, very strong this message,When we have a covenant,it requires more and more from us. for we have to deny our own will.It is a privilege to have a commitment with God.

A covenant with God is a privilege, because we know that him will never break it, so we have to make sure that we give value to this privilege and don't break our with him.

  5. D. Ester fiz uma aliança com Deus quando lhe entreguei minha vida nas suas mãos, se eu quebrar a minha aliança com ele estarei perdida.

The covenant has already been established and extended, but it is up to (us) the decendants or future generation to assume the same faith as that which kindled the covenant if (we) want to be part of the covenant.

  7. Total submission of one`s self to God;leave everything for Him alone. When we are transformed by the power of the word of God,repented ,sacrrificed and persevered, the desire and the longingness to be a part of God is recognized.Personal commitment and relationship with Him is intense.Everytime you speak about Him,the heart is pounding of joy.
    Thank you Mrs Ester.

  8. Dear Mrs Ester

Our commitment with the Lord Jesus should never fade, the covenant with Him will be stronger if we do our part because He will never fail us, He will always keep His part of the covenant. By being under God's authority, obeying and submiting to Him, will keep our covenant established for all eternity. Thank you

  9. Thank you Mrs. Ester for the message. If we faithfully maintain our covenant with God, it is not a blessing just for us but the legacy will be passed on to the next generation. So when they grow up the word of this book will not depart from them, so they also will pass it to the generation after them.
