"...Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life." Revelation 2.10
The crown of life, that is, eternal life, depends on our faithfulness to the Lord Jesus until death. Just as faith is proven to death, our faithfulness is also. If our forefathers in faith have been proven to the end of their journeys in this world, why would we be spared?
If athletes take pains and sacrifice everything for a perishable gold medal, why should we not sacrifice everything for eternal life?

To be faithful to God is believing and obeying in His Words amd to follow Him till the end no matter what happens.Total submission; sacrifice and denying of one`s self is more than being faithful but also being faithful in our tights and offerings with a sincere heart.To follow Jesus is a hard task.There would be insults persecutions, difficulties.humiliations but in the end victory will be rewarded for God will give the strength and courage to persevere and as Jesus overcame the world,those who follow Him will also overcome and be like Him.Amen.

Our salvation depends on faithfulness and constant denial of our fleshly nature is required in order for us to gain our eternal crown.
