"He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked." 1 John 2.6What is the point in confessing Jesus as Savior, be diligent in church, read the Bible, pray and fast, but at the same time, resent someone? Does this behavior has anything to do with Jesus? Is it possible to love God and hold grudges against anyone? Is this walking as Jesus walked?
"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you." Matthew 6.14

ReplyDeleteThose who live according to His word, guided by His spirit they follow in His footstep they shall be like Him. Where the Spirit is your heart is at peace with everyone, Our God is a God of Peace, Love and Unity. For our God is a forgiving Savour, Jesus told Peter to forgive his Brother not seven times' But seventy times seven,'' meaning, no matter how many times but you must forgive and let go. For those who are born of God forgiveness and letting go shouldn't be discussed but freely done, it naturally happens.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the message Mrs Esther, May God bless you
Mrs Ester,
ReplyDeleteTo Forgive is not an easy thing to be offered through the eyes of the born of the flesh, because for them forgiveness is not something easy and natural, they need some thing to offer forgiveness. But for a heart filled with the Holy Spirit give forgiveness to someone is natural , because your nature comes from God. He is merciful and longsuffering too.
I love this message, Its very strong.
Have a good night,
Kisses.
Dear Mrs Ester
ReplyDeleteAn unforgiving heart reveals itself; Every time we gossip, comment bad about others, spread a rumour, when we do not appreciate or are intimidated by the success and blessings of others, when look down or at others or spread a seed of resentment.
Dear Mrs Esther
ReplyDeleteThis word is very strong, makes us ponder our actions and thoughts, and see if Jesus would act in the same way that we act.
God is love. It is impossible to love God and hold a grudge against a fellow human being. If God's love is in us, then we are able to forgive and love.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mrs Ester.
when we refuse to forgive those do wrong against us it means we dont understand why Jesus died on the cross and we dont appreciate his sacrifice for us but if we do it will not be hard for us to forgive
ReplyDeleteThank u Mrs Esther for this message.
People born with the Holy Spirit is a new creation. The past is gone ,everything is new.The emotions of the heart no more than peace and joy. Those who are not born of God still suffer with resentments, hate, unforgiving, still gossips, they are not totally changed or totally surrendered their life to God.The children of God walk like Him and the 7 fruits of the Holy Spirit is within, covered by God"s protection .People might not like you or hate you ,it doesn't matter anymore because you are sealed with God's grace and no matter what happens you will overcome.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mrs Ester.
Dear Mrs Ester,
ReplyDeleteIs impossible to say I love Jesus, but inside you have grudge, hate. The Bible says He who says he is in the light, and hates his brother; is in darkness until now.
Thank you
God bless you and keep you.
Dear Mrs Ester
ReplyDeleteThere is no point confessing that Jesus is Saviour if we do not walk or follow on His foot steps,God says be Holy for I am Holy. When we come to God we become new creatures,we have to get rid of the old wine because we can not mix the old and new wine together so if we are born of God we should forgive one another, this is the love our God is talking about among us.
Dear Mrs Ester
ReplyDeleteIts so not worthy to do all the right things but keep a heart full of grudges, in the end of the day what are we fighting for? Our salvation or keeping the apperance. We must let go and do what is right leaving as our Lord leaved.
The only way to prove that we see Jesus as our Lord is when we walk in His ways, obey Him and do just as He does, there’s no grudge/resentment in Him or any bad feeling towards anyone. That’s how it should be with us, as it is written in the book of Eph 5:1-7.
