"For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.” 2 Chronicles 20.12As much as our problems may seem serious, urgent and insoluble, the Altar is the place where you can reach the answer. In the prayer of Jehoshaphat we find the humility that moves the Almighty and brings an immediate answer.
I love it in this passage when God says to "see the deliverance of the Lord."

ReplyDeleteHis grace is sufficient to carry us through. But just like Shadrack Mishack and Abednigo we believe that He is our God and He will carry us through no matter what is the outcome.

Amen Mrs. Ester, it seems that we are drowning when we allow our focus to turn away from God, problems, tribulations, persecutions, they become heavy burden for us. BUT when we focus our eyes upon the Lord, all the difficulties we are going through become so small and God takes care of everything... Thank you Jesus....
