Snow

"She is not afraid of snow for her household, for all her household is clothed with scarlet. She makes tapestry for herself; her clothing is fine linen and purple."

Proverbs 31:21-22

The virtuous woman has special abilities in the winter. That is, there's always a word of comfort and faith to those who are suffering the icy loneliness.

Hands

"She stretches out her hands to the distaff, and her hand holds the spindle. She extends her hand to the poor, yes, she reaches out her hands to the needy."

Proverbs 31:19-20

The hands of the virtuous woman are always ready to work and help those in need.

Strength

"She girds herself with strength, and strengthens her arms. She perceives that her merchandise is good, and her lamp does not go out by night."

Proverbs 31:17-18

The strength of a virtuous woman is faith. She fights her problems with a determination to victory.

Work

"She seeks wool and flax, And willingly works with her hands. She is like the merchant ships, she brings her food from afar. She also rises while it is yet night, and provides food for her household, and a portion for her maidservants."

Proverbs 31:13-15

The virtuous woman is different from the others. People around her recognise the presence of the Holy Spirit in her.

Husband

"The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain. She does him good and not evil all the days of her life. "

Proverbs 31:11-12

When the woman is wise, her house is well cared for. Her finances are controlled in such a way that there's no waste. Her husband is honored by her and trusts her completely.

Woman

"Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies. "

Proverbs 31:10


Because she's so rare, in order to find her you need faith and much caution. Only the man who depends on the Holy Spirit can truly find her.

Confirmation

"The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God..."

Romans 8.16

Those who are born of God have the most absolute assurance that they're children of God because the Holy Spirit Himself confirms this within them. This is the greatest Christian glory.
