Fire

"And the fire on the altar shall be kept burning on it; it shall not be put out. And the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order on it; and he shall burn on it the fat of the peace offerings."

Leviticus 6:12

White there's sacrifice on the Altar, there's the Fire of the Holy Spirit consuming it... but when there's lack of sacrifice, what can be consumed?

  1. We have to always be on fire for God. We have to keep on feeding this fire so that it never goes out. We have to constantly be sacrificing to be used by God even more...

  4. We read about the life of the Israelites when they failed to keep the fire burning. They would be overpowered by foreign nations, they were corrupted in their faith and worshiped other gods. When we do not renew our daily sacrifice with God, we cannot see Him in our life, be it physical or spiritual. It is the moment that the devil claims many and take them back to a Egypt of deceit and wrong doings. Only through our sacrifice, we can keep on the journey to salvation and eternal life. Beijinhos, Dna Ester.
