Alas! Alas...

"The merchants of these things, who became rich by her, will stand at a distance for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, and saying, Alas, alas…" Revelation 18.15

Those who don't fear God TODAY, will do one day. On that day, those who never said: Oh! What a day!… Will say: Alas! Alas… It's the final judgement.
Whoever has ears to hear what the Holy Spirit says, let them hear and convert immediately, when there's still the chance.

  1. A very strong word and it makes us see that we must always be in communion with God

  2. very true people still have the opportunity to give their lives to God. It best to do it now because when judgement day comes it will be too late. We should not take each day for granted because time is going fast.

  3. God is giving each one of us an opportunity every single day and if we do not decide to take it, in the end we can only blame ourselves. God could come back anytime but He is giving us a chance to repent and seek for our salvation. God is wonderful, I don't want to be one that would be saying Alas Alas!

  6. Every day we are given a chance to change our ways and fully convert to God! But not everyone take this opportunity to convert with leads them to say the words ‘alas, alas’ on the day of judgement. We should aim not to be these ones and allow God to change us and accept Him as the Lord Jesus. The time to give their lives to Him is now, but people would rather pick to live life now than to enjoy life in Heaven later.

  7. Time is running out and one day it will be too late. It's sad because we believers know that they will be left saying 'why?'. If only they had taken the chance when the opportunity came. And unfortunately many of those people will be loved ones.
