It will not be automatic. You must come before Him, to then ask, be heard and answered.
God knows us more than we know ourselves.Sometimes we tend to think that we can pretend before Him,

ReplyDeleteSincerity is definately one of the most important characteristics to have as a man or woman of God. We must be sincere to those around us and most importantly God. Even though we cannot hide anything from Him any but we must be sincere about things we see within us that displease God so that He can help. Only those who are sincere and ask God receive help.

ReplyDeleteThank you Mrs Ester for this post, to sincerity is one of the important traits that a person who call himself a child of God should have. It is that sincerity opens the doors to the throne of the Almighty. Only those who are sincere come closer to God.
Its true you could have done the worst of sins or you can be the most religious person but those who are sincere will always get closer to God and will learn more and learn quicker. Because if we can be sincere with God what wont He do for us but help us, but when were not we show that we dont trust in him and that we dont need Him, which we do.

Even if you are having a bad day or are in a bad mood because things are not going your way, I think it's important to be yourself..of course with self control but yourself. not pretending to be happy when it's not that way...In this way, you can come to God with all sincerity, and ask, then he will hear and answer.

Since I start attending the UCKG I learn that sincerity is the key between myself and God,Sincerity is definately one of the most important characteristics to have as a man or woman of God.
ReplyDeleteSincerity is the first thing I learned, when I was becoming serious in my faith, I understood that there's no point in a beautiful prayer along with the right words but with no sincerity, God knows our hearts and our intentions even before we approach His Throne, so it never really made much sense to me why I should hide something that is already visible.

The devil has something to hold us with if we are not sincere before God. Imagine if I pour all my heart to God the devil will never have a hold over my life.

One of the many things I love about God is His mercy upon us sinners. It doesn't matter what you've done but if you humble yourself before Him and sincerely ask for forgiveness, He will forgive you and wash away your sins. You will be pure and as white as snow. Isn't this just so amazing of our God?

Sin makes us to be far from God but when draws near to Him with a sincerely heart,trusting that He will listen then that person will give it all up to follow and do the Will of God. That is when obedience takes over and a person now starts to see things in a different way and receive change upon their lives.

God is really wonderful, he is so merciful.
We cannot just say lovely indeering words to God such as: I love you" when you know deep down you do not have those feelings towards him. We must always remember that God knows our inner most desires, we cannot fool him with fake love and admiration.
We must be totally sincere not just in our prayers but with our thoughts. God knows us we can only decieve ourselves.
When we sin we glorify the devil and are far away from God's Presence.
If we humble ourselves and sincerely repent of our sins God will have mercy on us.
Sincerity allows you to become closer to God allowing you to have a true relationship with him

ReplyDeleteFor years I wanted to change but didnt know how or have the strength to give up the world but God knew my heart and the sincerityi had, I came to the UCKG and heard his voice dont ask me how but I heard him and he saved me from more years of abuse and suffering. God knows our hearts so we can not deceive him only ourself. God honours those who are sincere to him that's when he moulds us, and slowly changes us to his will.
