"Get out of your country, From your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you." Genesis 12.1The first words God said to Abraham before making him a blessing was "Get out....".
God could not execute His plan through Abraham while he maintained any kind of relationship with his family's pagan costumes.
The same happens today. How can someone be born of water and the Holy Spirit if they remain involved with the idolatrous customs of the society they live in?
Those who want to be a blessing must leave behind the curse of sin.

Abraham was so blessed because everything that God is telling to him,he obey without complaining. he hate sins but he always trying to be righteous before God. Kisses:-)
ReplyDeleteVery true Mrs.Ester, God cannot work in the life of a person who is still attached to this world. We should never be afraid of giving up what God is requesting us to give up, because when we obey like Abraham did, great blessing comes, our lives can changed the way we cannot even imagine.
