Galatians 5.19-21Anyone who is willing to be different and make to a difference in this world - and to inherit the Kingdom of God - has to pay the fair price, which is to behave according to God's Kingdom. Or would it be possible to live by the darkness and still inherit the Kingdom of Light?

If we want to know if we are far from God them we will see the signs through the fruits of the flesh in us. But when we recognise this and want to change, we must deny our flesh and seek the holy spirit. The fruits of the holy spirit are Love,Joy, Peace, Long suffering Kindness Goodness,Faithfulness Gentleness Self-control which we receive when we are born of God. It is a daily battle to remain in Gods presence but when you have the Holy Spirit you are always ready to press on to receive the kingdom of God.

No Mrs Esther, it wouldn't be fair at all. And to be honest God doesn't ask for much. Those things will destroy us anyway, even here on earth. Why is it then that so many complain of depression and emptiness? I used to. It's because those things don't fulfil man. And what man is looking for is eternal peace.

ReplyDeleteOur hearts are such liars, this morning I woke up and thought, Helen you have been a total mug. Not only has the devil convinced you that if you don't get what you want you could die from the pain, I realize i didn't even want it. How's that for stupidity.The devil is constantly at work trying to pull us away and he does it, very often abusing positions that are entrusted, but we cannot blame others for our stupidity either they might be evil, we must not be stupid, full stop. I am now back to plan a, all that misplaced emotion is out of the window, my health treatment is coming, and having surgery for brain tumour soon. that will be the end of everything, after that the rest is easy. Lets hope that by Easter, I get my chocolate bunny.
