Where and when?

"Then you shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him." Malachi 3.18

The promise is crystal clear: you shall discern again. And who made this promise? The Lord of Hosts. Where and when should it be fulfilled? The only place where we could see this difference is right here on Earth, and it has to be now, considering that in the Kingdom of Heaven there will be no wicked people.
Why the delay in the fulfillment of this promise? Because the surrender to the Lord has been slow.
The difference will only be seen when those who are faithful surrender body, soul and spirit in truth.

  1. I a really understanding recently what it truly means to surrender to God. Meaning you obey without limit even the things that are uncomfortable or difficult for us to do.
    Thank you Mrs Ester.

  2. This is too right Mrs Esther. Why the need to take so long. Once it's understood, it should be put straight into practice. But we can't ask for what we don't deserve. We need to do our part before we can ask for promises. God is fair, and He teaches us this all the time. Before you can receive you must give.

  3. Sometimes we think why are others growing more than us? Are we not recieving the same message? Serving the same God? The only difference is one is chosing to surrender more than the other.

    Thank you Mrs Ester.

  4. I understand this like surrendering as giving. When we completely give ourselves to the Lord Jesus.

  5. When we surrender to God with all sincerity and totally give our life to Him.God grant our prayers if we seek Him diligently and with a faithful heart to Him.When there is a delay,we need to persevere more and wait patiently for He knows the desires of our heart.
    Thank you, Mrs.Esther.

  6. Mrs Esther

It is interesting how this passage if normally used when we talk about the Financial life but for a child of God it is with their character, ways , thinking and so much more.
this is reminding me of your blog earlier in the week where you mentioned about the perfume.

  7. Hello Mrs. Ester,
The word Give is very strong. When we surrender our lives to God, we are giving and trusting our lives in His hands. According to the lives we live, the fruits we bear, this will tells whether or not we surrender our entire lives to Him. These therefore will differentiate those who serve God or not.
