If anyone...

"But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His." Romans 8.9

Even before Paul revealed that, Jesus had already said: "... unless one is born again, he cannot SEE the kingdom of God.” John 3:3;
Then he said: "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered..." John 15.6.
Finally, "And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20.15.
Do these verses require interpretation?

  1. If I don't have the Spirit of God it's pointless to call yourself a child of God,His spirit enables us to have his DNA and this will show that we belong to him. This message is very clear, we need his spirit otherwise we will be living in vain.

  2. Hello Mrs Ester. Those who do not have the Holy Spirit will soon expire and if this happens then they cannot see the Kingdom of God. Salvation is the most important area that we need to invest in and taking care of ours souls should be our number one priority especially for those who do not have His Spirit in order to receive it and be able to help guide others in having Him too.

  3. Total submission of one`s self to God and the desire to follow Him will grant us permission to enter into God`s Kingdom.We need to have His Spirit and have the strength and the courage to continue to take good care of our souls.It`s not easy for Jesus Christ suffered for we also dwell in His sufferings and to be an overcomer.It`s all about Him.If we love God we will do everything for Him.For people who are born with God will always obey till the end.
    Thank you Mrs Ester

    No interpretation needed indeed. Is very clear. And those who are wise will know what is expected of them. Thanks for sharing
