"...having faith and a good conscience, which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck." 1 Timothy 1.19A good conscience is fundamental in maintaining the faith. Many have sunk in faith because they have neglected striving to have a good conscience. A clear conscience generates peace with yourself and above all, with God.

ReplyDeleteHaving a clear conscience helps a person to be close to God. Having a sunken faith is a result of desobedience, because if you trust in God nothing can steal your peace and you will always have peace with God. Thank you
When we obey and live according to the word of God not according to what we feel or think we obtain a clear concience before God with no accusation and get to be in peace with ourselves too like Mrs Esther says

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with that a good conscience is fundamental in maintaining the faith because if we do not have a clear conscience we can not live freely,peacefully and be able to please God.That is why God said we should worship Him in Spirit and in truth and can only happen when we become true or honest to ourselves.
