The Work of God

"He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil." 1 John 3.8
The work of God is to destroy the devil's work. To do this, we must be able to confront Hell. Only those who are sealed, anointed with the Holy Spirit, are able to do so. If a Christian says he is baptized with the Holy Spirit but he is not, in the confrontation with hell, he loses. This is the reason why many have fallen in faith ...

    Dear Mrs. Ester,
    It is true only those who are sealed with the Holy Spirit can overcame
    the devil's work, and can remain in faith!

    DEAR MRS ESTER

    Many are inside the church but are not sure if His name is in the book of life.or you may have accepted a religion or joined a church without having an experience with the Lord Jesus Christ if that should be the case,the Bible
    says that you can pass from death in to life].Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert,so the son of Man must be lifted up that everyone who believes in Him may have Eternal Life [John3:14]GOD BLESS ALL

    To do the work of god is not a joke. We have to be sure of our Salvation, have the armor of the Holy Spirit.If we are not sealed by the Holy Spirit the devil will surely destroy us.Thank you

    Dear Mrs Ester

    It is true that those who do the work of God, must be sealed with the Holy Spirit. Without the seal, we are exposed/open for any attack the devil might bring, but with the seal we are protected and are sure that we will overcome because the battle is not ours. Afterall we don't want to end up like the seven sons of sceva

    Dear Mrs Ester,

    Doing the work of God without this seal is very risky because the devil will attack and because there is not seal, he will destroy the one who does it without the seal.

    The truth is, when we have this seal hell cannot overcome us but we overcome hell.

    The work of God is supernatural, that why the Person must have The Holy Spirit, because him
    is the only one who can make an normally person to be come a supernatural Soldier.

      To do the work of God means that one needs to be able to put oneself aside in order to save those who are lost. We receive the Holy Spirit not only to be saved but to also save others and this is done by doing God's will. Servants of God should be useless to the devil but very useful to God in order to destroy the plans of the evil spirit.

    It is a fact that we live in a sinful world, however it does not make sense if we confess to be the children of God and yet fail to discipline ourselves to live far away from sin.

    When you love God and has truly accepted Him as your Lord and savour you live to please Him and when you are Born of God the Old being is put to death. The bible says,'' Those who are born of God overcomes the world meaning those who are truly His would look forward, they would look to the things that are above (heavenly) to conquer and overcome the world and stay away from sin. It is to live by faith and in spirit, Jesus is the Example and the only truth to Salvation.

    In order for one to rescue the lost soul must have the Holy Spirit to do that. Because it is not the work you do using your physical strength. No-one can stand against the kingdom of darkness unless his standing well with the Lord.

    As God’s servants we should as Jesus be able to fight and overcome all evil, His Spirit enables us to stand firm in our faith even in the midst of hardships. So we should fight to always have the Holy Spirit in us.

    Dear Mrs Ester
    This is very clear. The results of your deeds will tell you where exactly you belong to. The Holy Spirit is not here by mistake. Therefore we should watch and prayas Jesus said when He spoke about the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. We should not allow the devil to take an advantage of our flesh that's why we have to always seek the Holy Spirit.
