I believe that prayer is effective only when it is sincere. Without sincerity, it’s useless to say many words. It's like sowing in the wind. Also formalities, like being on your knees or attending church, do not guarantee answers. What really counts is a contrite, broken and repentant heart, which characterises sincere humility.
Sincerity is the best way to break free from oppression and problems. Many times we can be to proud to admit our problems to God and even to ourselves because we think we can do things by our own strength. But instead this makes us stagnant and not be able to move forward. If we are feeling good or bad no matter what circumstances we go through at the time we should place it into God's hand and be sure he will deliver us from it. And another thing if you are battling for your deliverance its best to be sincere with an open heart and express to God what your facing than keeping it within yourself, this is way some people cannot move forward. THE KEY TO FREEDOM IS SINCERITY AND AN OPEN HEART to God.

ReplyDeleteVery true, God doesn't look on how beautiful words we use or how long ours prayers took, rather, He is looking on our heart, on our sincerity.
You know yesterday I was reading something as well in salmos 17:1
ReplyDelete"1 Oye,Señor , , una causa justa; está atento a mi clamor. Escucha mi oración hecha de labios sin engaño."
Which in English basically means listen oh lord to my cause and be attentive to it , listen to my prayer made with lips of no deceit. Something very strong which ties in to the word of sra ester. To know that our prayer have to be sincere or at least it is the correct way to do is very strong. If we pray in a deceitful manner our prayer surly won't even get past the roof. God asks us for all hut one thing and that is sincerity.
