PATIENCE

"And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise."      Hebrews 6.15
Patience works together with time.
Those who have it, amen.
Those who do not have it, whether they like it or not, must wait for the right time.
Abraham was patient. This is why he took hold of the promises of God.

  1. We all need patience because if we do not have it we become desperate and do wrong things to get what we want. when we have patience we will get all want and more, just like Abraham.

  3. Dear Mrs Ester
Every christian needs to have patience. God knows the time and the seasons in which our blessings are due to us. We ought to consider the example of Abraham who against all hope believed that God would fulfill His promise and indeed Abrahams patience in the Lord was not in vain.

  4. D. Ester,
This verse hit the spot for me. I was starting to grow weary of waiting for things to occur. This reminds me that faith is not a work of magic. Only those who endure will see God's power manifest in their lives.

Not being able to wait for God can have serious consequences, it’s said ‘Good things comes to those who wait.'

  6. I have learned that I must be patient, as God's time is the best. When we are waiting on God we must perserve and rejoice in him. It is hard sometimes bu we must be sincere and ask God for strength.

    Thank Mrs Ester

  7. Dear Mrs Ester
I agree with you Mrs Ester,as Christians we need to learn to be patient because if we not able to wait it shows that we do not believe on what is written whilst our faith is based on what is written,God knows our needs and I believe that the God of Abraham is still the same Lord we Worship now ,with God nothing is impossible but I believe its only for those who believe on the word

  9. Dear Mrs Ester,

Patience is something we must all have and if we do not we must ask God to give us patience.
As children of God we must have patience in him, and be prepared to sometimes wait for our blessings.

God's time is the best time, we must remain focused and persevere at all times. This shows that we have full assurance in what is written and in the promise of God.
For God there is nothing in this live that is impossible, but we have to believe in his word.

God bless you Mrs Ester for this message.

  10. It’s true; we have to know how to wait, to be patience, because God knows the right time to bless us. We cannot allow the anxiety to take control in not to wait the God’s time to bless us.
    May God Bless You,

  11. Dear Mrs Ester

I agree patience is the key that will open up greater doors in our lives, Perseverance goes along with it so God's promises can be materialized in our lives. God's timing is perfect if we only persevere and keep trusting that God is at work and in due time we shall reap good fruits. The Lord will reward those who are patient and faithful to His promises and to His ways.

Thank you Mrs Ester for sharing.
    Best Regards, Mokgadi

  13. Mrs.Ester this is true, many people are losing their blessings not for lack of faith, but for lack of patience to wait it to fulfill in their lives, why? Because they are used to get things faster; like food, documents etc, but things with God has it's time, HIS time not our, so let's be patient for it.

Waiting in patience can be frustrating ,but if u wait for your blessing and keep dreaming about it surely at the right time God will answer. It took years for the promise of God to be fulfilled in the life of Abraham but due to his patience he saw the promise of God been unfolded he had a son Isaac.

    thank u

  16. Dear Mrs Ester,
This made me reflect on my own character, I admit I can be very impatient. Especially in this current moment when I truly desire to know God and be baptized in the Holy Spirit. At times, my impatience leads to me feeling very frustrated as to why my baptism hasn't happened yet; which is probably why I haven't received the Holy Spirit. Receiving the Holy Spirit, just like any other promise of God, is only fulfilled through being patient. Feelings of anxiety and impatience is what leads us to using an emotional faith as opposed to a rational faith.

    Thank you for this message,

i think Patiency is the key to faith. Because upon all challenges that christians face needs patience. And every goal to become a reality from God you must be patiency.

  18. Mrs Ester I must admit I never had patience not one bit and then I started to work with kids I must say they taught me a lot. But I was in church one day and Pastor asked us how long have we been suffering, struggleing. Years , month but as soon as we come to God we don't expect to wait years, months we want it now God is not testing us but if we was in the dark and waited years for something we must also have patience in the light and wait on God. As Christians we need to just get on with what we are doing serving God and he will Bless us when the time is right.

  19. Dear Mrs. Ester, it is true, patience is the secret to receive the promises of God. If our father in faith, Abraham is upheld because of his patience, so if we want to be blessed as he was, we need to do as he did - wait patiently for God's time, not ours.

  20. Dear Mrs Ester, this is very strong because a person who is patient shows that he or she depend on God, not even time can make this person to change or waver between many thoughts.

    Thandi
