RULE OF FAITH

"...but one thing I do, FORGETTING those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead..."
    Philippians 3.13

Women are in a constant war with their hearts. It always reminds them of their sad past, trying to divert their attention.
But, we know that life and it's accomplishments depend on faith. However, faith has one basic rule: it requires you to put your past behind you forever.

  1. This is true Mrs Ester,we can't allow our past ruin our life,we need to stick by the rule of faith and forget about our past because if we don't let the past go ,we can't move on. How can we say we born of God spirit while we still hold back by the old spirit that has nothing to do with the spirit of God,when we use our intelligent faith we begin to live by the rule of God's spirit.Thank you Mrs Ester, the message is very powerful,God bless you

  2. I agree that a woman is in a constant war, especially with their feelings or when it comes to their love life. I can speak from experience, when I came to know God my priority was my love life, I always placed it in first place and forgot that with God things are different. The most important thing to me was my surrender but my past difficulties concerning my love life tormented me and I realized one day that in order to escape this I had to put God first. It was a fight but I overcame and I can now say that God is with me - something I only achieved after leaving the past where it belonged.

  3. This is so true. iwas one of these people.I was constantly living in the past.Always feeling sorry for myself. There were days where that was all I did. This would only make matters worse. I wolud think about how people hurt me and how I wanted to make them feel like the way they made me feel.
Now my past is exactly what the word says Past. I only look foward and will continue to do so. I dont think of what i could have done but what i will do.God has hepled me but that only happened whenI acknowledged that I did need Him .
Thanks for this message Mrs. Ester

It is true Mrs Ester I agree with you, we women are in a constant war with our past , and the truth is dragging our past to the present is real a waste of emotions that bring nothing profitable at end of the day.. That is why we must constantly use our faith to rich out to what is ahead of us not behind.
    Thank you for the message

    1. Good afternoon Mrs Ester.
Strange enough things that are "way passed" have a tendency of holding back the person. Past is difficult to control unless faith is applied......
Thank you for the Word of God.
      Amen,Amen,Amen.....

  6. Hello Mrs. Ester,
I beleive from the very first time a person enter the church it is a big step of faith. For this person to overcome his/her past it also required faith. Therefore, the person has to look ahead instead of behind and with this actiion of faith of going ahead and never give up he or she will overcome the past and even the difficulties that she are facing in that momemnt.

  7. This is very true, we must use our minds and move forward instead of allowing our hearts to keep us in the past. With our faith, God will give us a better future.

    Thank you Mrs Ester.

  9. This is so true Mrs Ester. The hardest thing I have found is letting go of the past, and not letting my heart rule my head. For so long I have struggled, feeling "unworthy" of God's love and of being in His presence, not because of anything I had done, or was doing, but because my heart was telling me that if I was not good enough for any "man," even though I believed that I gave everything in my relationships, then how could I possibly be good enough for God?! I let my heart and lack of self esteem from my past over-rule my head, which would've told me (if I'd let it) that God loves us unconditionally, and that He can see the person that I am, and what is in my heart, in a way that the people I'd been in relationships with clearly could not! We have to let go of the pain of the past and put our life totally in the security of God's hands. We need to see ourselves the way He sees us, regardless of how any person may view us or treat us, and strive to be the person that He desires us to be. We also have to forgive ourselves for mistakes in our past, as God has forgiven us. We no longer have control of the past, it's passed! But we do have control of what we do with our future!

  10. Dear Mrs. Ester
I agree completely with you, we woman, we are more heart than, mind, emotions than reason, but the woman who is born of God, she overcomes her emotions with the Spirit of God, who gives her power over her emotions and feelings, that makes her to walk in spirit.
Thanks , for this inspirations of God.

  11. Hi Dona! I agree in what you've said here in your blog that woman always remember their sad past, but we must always not to look back with the past because it happened already we must always look ahead not to look back because if we are going to look back it's very hard for us to move on. We must use our faith on looking forward.
