What a spirit!

"So are the ways of everyone who is greedy for gain; it takes away the life of its owners." Proverbs 1.19

The greedy of many have led them to an abyss. We see this even inside the churches. The wise has considered their salvation more important.

Holy Spirit

And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.”[a] The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. I Corinthians 15.45

The generation from the first Adam is earthly, fleshly, and rebellious. It is impossible to keep communion with the Spirit of God. But the Last Adam, the Lord Jesus, is Spiritual and Vivifying. That's why it's important to be born of the Holy Spirit, so one can have the same spiritual and vivifying nature as the Lord Jesus'.

Tribulation

"Be not far from Me, for trouble is near; for there is none to help." Psalms 22:11

Prophetic words in relation to the difficult times the Lord Jesus was going to go through. For this reason, He understands the sorrow and the suffering His people goes through, especially in these last days.

Watch out

"For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning."2 Peter 2:20

After enjoying salvation, if one does not watch, he can be entangled by the variety of traps the devil sets before him, making it hard to return to the Kingdom of God.

Hard times

"...That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God."1 Peter 4:2

Japan's recent catastrophe sends out concrete signs of the end of times. The wise does not ignore the recent ocurrances but corrects himself before God. The days that preceded the Flood in Noah's time are similar to those we live in today.

Wrong Path

"Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them..." Deuteronomy 11:16

If we don't watch in order to protect our heart, we'll eventually be taken by this world's fascination, and with that, we'll grow cold in our faith, and eventually be distant from the Kindgom of God.

Moments

"Bow down Your ear to me, deliver me speedily; be my rock of refuge, a fortress of defense to save me." Psalm 31:2

The difficult moments we face today have also been faced by David. And as he was saved, so will we. We only need to trust in God.
