"Even today my complaint is bitter, my hand is listless because of my groaning." Job 23.2The righteous are men of revolt. When injustice reaches it's limit, he takes action and calls out to the Righteous Judge because he is certain that He will answer. His faith is violent when it comes to taking possession of what is rightfully his.

RULE OVER IT
"...sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it."Genesis 4.7God has given us the faith to overcome, and above all to rule over the spirit of sin that lies at the door. Sin is a spirit. Those who are wise and prudent will always be careful not to submit to it.

GOOD CONSCIENCE
"...having faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck." 1 Timothy 1.19The shipwreck of faith has been a recurring fact. What we come across the most is people that have fallen away from the faith. In the days of the early church, things were the same as today. Can't the shipwrecks of the past serve as an example to prevent shipwrecks today? Sin is the reason for the shipwrecks. They cause a guilty conscience and that neutralizes faith. As a result, people fall and sometimes, to the point where it's impossible to get back up.

HE BRINGS JUSTICE
"He does not preserve the life of the wicked, but gives justice to the oppressed." Job 36.6Because of His righteousness, God can't stand spiritual and moral corruption. However, His righteousness favors those who need help, those who call out to Him with sincerity and intelligent Faith.

THE DIFFERENCE
"In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother." 1 John 3.10Just like light and darkness are different, the children of God are also different from the children of the devil. Jesus was the example of the Son of God and the hypocritical Pharisees were an example of the children of the devil.
To obey the Word of God is to practice His righteousness.

COME UPON YOU
"And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you because you obey the voice of the Lord your God." Deuteronomy 28.2Those who are obedient do not worry about when their dreams will come true. Their mind is simply focused on being obedient. This is because the Word of God promises that blessings will come upon them and overtake them.
This means that those who are obedient do not run around chasing their dreams, their dreams chase after them.

HUNGER AND THIRST
"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." Matthew 5.6The righteousness mentioned above has nothing to do with our rights. It goes much further than that, it has to do with a life according to everything that is pure, just, true and holy.
God is Righteousness. Because of that He hates sin. Hunger and thirst for righteousness is the daily bread of those who truly want to honor the Lord.
