The Inheritance

“As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever.” I Chronicles 28.9

David left to Solomon an immeasurable inheritance. But the condition was that he remained loyal to the Lord his God. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will cast you off forever. Which one will you choose? The blessing or the curse?

The way of life

“He who keeps instruction is in the way of life, but he who refuses correction goes astray.” Proverbs 10:17

The Word of God is like a inexhaustible treasure. To practice it everyday is like using a coin from this treasure each day. Life will never end because its Author is eternal.

Redeeming Love

"Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered." Psalm 32:1

Humanly speaking it’s impossible to attain happiness. Family, riches, health, love or professional success don’t help. All this is very important, but not enough. Do you know why? Because these serve the outside. What about the inner man? If it doesn’t have the Spirit of God, surely the exterior will be chaos. Therefore, the Holy Scriptures reveals the secret to happiness. It starts with a conscience washed by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.

He who overcomes

“He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.” Revelation 21:7

Before God, the one who overcomes is not the one who conquers all kinds of things on this Earth. But he who was saved, is saved and remains saved until death.

This means that it’s not enough to know the Scriptures e to be used by God for a while. He who PERSEVERES IN THE FAITH UNTIL THE END. This is he who overcomes.

White Stone

"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it." Revelation 2:17

Persevere in the faith means giving up our own will to do the will of the One who saved us. It’s a battle. He who keeps overcoming his flesh until death will be the one who overcomes. And only he who overcomes will have the privilege of taking possession of eternal life.

Seek First

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Matthew 6:33

When we allow the Lord Jesus to reign in us, He has the freedom to guide our lives according to His will. Therefore all the areas of our lives are blessed in a very natural way.

Best Father

“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” Luke 11:13

Our Heavenly Father has given us His Best: His son Jesus Christ. He, fulfilling His redemptive work on the cross, left for us the Holy Spirit as His substitute to guide, inspire, teach, remind us of His son’s teachings, comfort, strengthen and lead His children to the Promise Land.
